This website is operated by Tripstead. These terms apply when you access the website or purchase our digital products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Digital products and licence

Purchases provide a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded files for your own personal or household planning. You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or share the files or download links, except where the product page expressly permits it.

Product information

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary by device or software. Spreadsheet formatting may vary in compatible applications. Product files are planning tools and do not provide live road, weather, fuel, campsite, towing, mechanical, emergency, financial or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying current conditions and requirements with official or local sources.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Orders are subject to payment authorisation and fraud screening. We may cancel and refund an order where payment is unauthorised, fraudulent, duplicated, or affected by an obvious pricing or technical error.

Delivery

Digital files are delivered electronically after successful payment. You are responsible for providing a working email address and maintaining access to your account and devices.

Refunds and consumer rights

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use purchased files unlawfully.

Intellectual property

The website content and digital products are owned by or licensed to Tripstead and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripstead is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or digital products. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms prospectively. The terms displayed when an order is placed apply to that order, subject to mandatory law.
