Digital products

Tripstead sells downloadable digital products. No physical goods are supplied.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a digital product is faulty, materially different from its description, inaccessible because of a problem on our side, or otherwise fails an applicable consumer guarantee, contact consult@theexitsplan.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide the remedy required by law, which may include a replacement, correction or refund.

Change of mind

Because access to digital files is provided shortly after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read the product description, or incompatibility that was disclosed before purchase. This does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Download problems

If your download link does not arrive or does not work, contact consult@theexitsplan.com. We will resend or restore access after verifying the order.

How to request help

Email consult@theexitsplan.com and include your order number, the email used at checkout, and details of the problem. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information.
