Refund policy
Returns, refunds and digital products
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. If a product is faulty, unsafe, damaged, materially different from its description, not delivered, or otherwise fails an applicable consumer guarantee, contact consult@theexitsplan.com with your order number and details. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Physical products
Please inspect your order when it arrives. For damage, defects, missing items or an incorrect product, contact us as soon as practical and include clear photos where relevant. Do not return an item before receiving return instructions, because fulfilment partners use different return locations.
For change-of-mind requests, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Approval is not automatic. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and suitable for resale. Unless required by law or the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for approved return shipping and original shipping charges are not refundable. We will confirm the return address and instructions before anything is sent.
Digital products
Because access to digital files is provided shortly after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read the description, or incompatibility disclosed before purchase. If a digital product is faulty, materially different from its description, or inaccessible because of a problem on our side, we will provide the remedy required by law. If a download link does not arrive or work, contact us so we can resend or restore access after verifying the order.
