Shipping policy

Digital delivery only

Tripstead currently sells digital products only. No physical item will be shipped and no shipping charge should apply.

After successful payment, access is provided electronically through Shopify's digital delivery system. A download link may appear on the order confirmation page and may also be sent to the email address used at checkout.

If you do not receive access, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you used the correct email address. Then contact consult@theexitsplan.com with your order number. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Delivery can occasionally be delayed by payment review, fraud screening, email filtering or a technical outage. We will restore access or provide another remedy where required by Australian Consumer Law.
